Refund policy
HIBISCUS – Returns & Exchanges Policy
Effective Date: 01/01/2025
We design and produce our collections with care, and we want you to feel amazing in what you wear. Because HIBISCUS pieces are produced in limited runs using sustainable materials, we operate an exchange-based policy, and refund based on the terms below.
Returns Eligibility
We offer exchange, store credit or full refund within 14 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Tags (if applicable) are intact
- You notify us within the timeframe
Non-returnable items include:
- Items worn or damaged by customer
- Custom, made-to-order, or pre-sale items
- Gift cards or promotional giveaways
To request an exchange, email hello@hibiscus.fashion with your:
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to exchange
- Reason for the exchange
We will respond within 48 hours with next steps.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective. We recommend tracked postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll issue a replacement or alternative once verified.
