1. Company Information

HIBISCUS is a UK-based fashion brand operated by Carley Haguer and Liz Mendez, registered in United Kingdom.

2. Products & Availability

Each item is handcrafted or produced in limited runs using 80%+ recycled materials. Due to the nature of our collections, availability is limited and may vary.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from images due to screen display and sustainable sourcing.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK VAT unless otherwise stated.

We accept payment via Shopify Payments, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Orders will only be processed once full payment is received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically (UK) and internationally.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Standard orders are processed within 3–5 working days. Pre-orders or made-to-order items may take longer — these will be clearly noted on the product page.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any import taxes or duties.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We will accept returns, offer exchanges, store credit or full refund within 14 days of delivery on unworn, undamaged items.

To start an exchange, email hello@hibiscus.fashion with your order number.

Non-returnable items include:

• Items worn or damaged by customer
• Custom, made-to-order, or pre-sale items
• Gift cards or promotional giveaways

Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the rare event you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit. Please provide images and proof of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All product designs, artwork, and content on this website are the intellectual property of HIBISCUS and its collaborators. Reproduction or redistribution without consent is prohibited.

8. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy. Your personal information is used only to fulfil your order or provide customer service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
